Responsibilities:
- Cold calling and making multiple outbound calls to potential customers
- Performing Customized targeted sales strategies
- Meeting all quotas for cold, inactive and active calls
- Facilitating future sales and meeting or exceeding future sales
- Build relationship with customers through good customer service and explanation on what the products do and how they can benefit from the brand
- Achieve sales target set by the company
- Answering potential customer’s questions and follow up
- Maintaining records call, collect and update information
- Create CRM reports and several important components needed in the CRM report dashboard
- Ability to manage big teams, set KPIs, and maintain harmony in the working place.
- Ability to motivate and encourage under-performing staff. Must be able to issue warning letters and performance improving plans.
- Ability to ensure that positivity and great wholesome attitudes are maintained at all times in the work place.
- Ensuring that minimum calling and client booking expectations are met on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Working directly with the marketing team to strategize and implement leads generation and/or sales campaigns.
Qualifications:
- At least 7 years experiences in the related field for this position (especially in Banking or Hospitality industry)
- Candidates should possess at least a Diploma/Graduate Bachelor degree (any field)
- Certified Call Center Manager (e.g. CCCM) or equivalent qualification is a plus
- Results driven, persistence, time management, telephone outbound cold calling telephone sales, motivating for sales training
- Ability to source leads generation
- Must be able to run call centre with result
- Must demonstrate leadership to motivate sale telemarketers to achieve quota daily
- Must be able to conduct selection to interviewing and hiring the right telemarketers
- Must be able to conduct training on what to sell and what product and service sell over the phone
