• Perform administrative processes related to CAR service office in Solo• Handle customer-related activities such as periodic visits to policyholders with payment delays• Handle claim submissions and investigate claims, following up with the head office until a decision is made• Update customer data• Create daily, monthly, and yearly activity reports
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Communication / Economics / Insurance Management preferred• Minimum 1 year of experience as Customer Service in an insurance company• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point)• Good communication skills
