Title: Customer Engagement and Market Intelligence Deputy Manager

I. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Engagement
- Lead the development of the roadmap of CRM / Customer Experience/Engagement strategy & programs to increase growth and improve database asset utilization.
- Develop remarketing and retargeting from database of potential prospects to leverage Customer experience for each brand.
- Full accountability of analysis, insights and recommendation for actions based on customer profiling and segmentations to meet company objectives.
- Maintain and Strengthen initiatives to Current and Future Prospects /Dealer/Relationship and Engagement
- Regular reporting on trends and pattern of Customer Engagement and dynamics
- Collaborate with 3rd party to develop/implement/improve the necessary systems/tools to achieve the collective CRM vision.
- Drive strategy for omni-channel expansion to engage / improve database utilization (This includes channel strategy for email, WhatsApp, SMS, etc.)
- Weekly and monthly management of KPI related tasks
- Maintain CRM system related to Dealer, such as Test Ride & Database Management System
Market Intelligence
- Initiate, conduct, & analyze Market and Customer surveys / research to provide deeper customer understanding (internal and external)
- Proactive actions on Large and Small Research Customer Surveys
- Lead Quantitative and Qualitative Projects related to Brand and Product
- Reporting on Market Trends related to company business and segments.
II. JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Graduated with a Bachelor's degree in any major
- Proven experience as CRM / Customer Experience / marketing experience or similar role for minimum 5 (five) years (experience in automotive or retail industry is preferred)
- Proven experience growing channel strategies for email, push, and SMS or related with Customer Engagement / loyalty.
- Experience in coordinating with 3rd party (handling & monitoring) to optimize CRM output.
- Proven experience to have sensitivity, initiative, knowledge & skills of Market & Customer Research
- Passionate about Brand Building and Added Value Engagement
- Aptitude for Business performance, with excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Highly data-driven with ability to process big data, interpret data into actionable programs to meet company goals.
- Driven and results oriented.
- Effective reporting and presentation skills
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working across stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of tracking technology
