• D3 or S1 degree in Business Administration, Communication, Hospitality, Social Sciences, or related field• Open to learning new things• Good communication and problem-solving skills• Detail-oriented, honest, responsible and time-management skills• Ability to work under pressure• Proficient in using CRM software and adapting to existing systems• Computer literate, including MS Office• Fluent in English and Indonesian
