Your Profile:
- Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering, chemical engineering or professions related to technology and/or manufacturing.
- 3 year of experience in the fields of technical areas (quality or production or supply chain)
- Understanding and capable to implement root cause analysis technique for effective problem solving
- Clear understanding about the quality requirements and expectation of the customers
- Understanding the objectives and goals of the company
- Have knowledge and understanding about the ISO 9001 and ISO 15378 requirements
- Have knowledge and understanding about ISO 14001 & ISO 45001.
- Know and understand Lean Management and basic of 5S implementation. Good leadership & communicative.
Your Task:
- To handle customer complaint following SCHOTT Global rules
- To prepare all required data for customer feedback
- Refer to point. No.2, to organize and lead the discussion with respective department related with customer feedback.
- To implement and follow up Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA) system related with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) following global standard
- Support in preparation of quality department monthly report
- Prepare statement letter according to customer or organization requirement
- Fill out customer questionnaire according to agreed timeline.
- Participate in the validation of special projects such as new machines, new materials, and so on (outside of routine validation).
- If necessary, discuss with customer (visit or telco) related with customer feedback and Acceptable Quality Level (AQL).
- To review batch record and release the finished good to be sent to customer according to established procedure.
- Participate in DMF renewal
- Give disposition of whether a batch can be released to be shipped to customer.
