Job Description
Broad Functions

  • Manage Customer Factory, RBA & Sub-tier Audits & Visits.
  • Drive Quality Alerts initiated by Customer (QAC) or Customer Complaints related to factory till closure
  • Publish Factory Product Performance (FPP) & factory monitoring reports as requested by Customer.
  • Publish Customer CA for FPP Reports and Continuous Improvement package.
  • Compile Customer Factory Questionnaire/Checklist/Assessment.
  • Compile Customer Factory Manufacturing Readiness Review (MRR)/ Phase Gate Checklist/ Self-Audit for product qualification.
  • Support in company vision & mission and quality playbook, as well as IMS policy, KPI and objectives.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities This job is responsible for delivering the organization outcome as stated:
  • Customer and RBA Visit/Audit
  • Making sure that presentation/document align to visit/audit objectives and expectation.
  • Review presentation package & dry-run customer visit/audit meeting to ensure factory readiness before the audit.
  • Support in Pre-audit as part of the audit preparation.
  • Publish visit/audit summary report and Questionnaire score.
  • Coordinate with related department to follow up with action items to closure.
  • Upload presentation materials visit report and Customer Questionnaire Score into Box folder WDC CFE Customer Visit & Audit.
  • To extend hospitality to customer by arranging hotel and transportation if assistance is required, and meal with customer.
  • To support in supplier audit/visit as per customer's request.
  • Quality Alerts Initiated by Customer (QAC) or Customer Complaints
  • Coordinate with related department to resolve customer complaint.
  • Issue 8D to responsible owner and follow up to finalize 8D for customer report purpose.
  • Perform audit to validate corrective/improvement action.
  • Customer Reports
  • Review and finalize improvement items from FPP report and manufacturing engineering on monthly basis and prior upload in Box for a reference of customer support group.
  • Present to customers on FPP reports and improvement plan in scheduled meeting.
  • Coordinate Customer requested First Article Inspection (FAI) activities. Review FAI report prior submission to requester (Customer Support group).
  • Customer Factory Questionnaire/Checklist/Assessment
  • Collaborate with Customer support groups and related process owners to review and consolidate customer Questionnaire/ Checklist/ Assessment for submission.
  • Other collaboration activities
  • Support in Stop Order process - analyze and confirm shipped impact report.
  • Support Customer support groups to analyze factory related data/information upon request.
  • Collaborate in making sure that customers unique requirements are implemented at factory.
  • Contribute in ensuring commonality/ standardization among same processes/system within related manufacturing sites.
  • Support in customer line audit and conduct drive handling training to reduce CND and mishandling failures in customer line.
  • Participate in special task for process quality monitoring.
  • Support in preparation for management status report.
  • Understand and able to apply IMS policy
  • Participate and support internal activities that related to IMS.
Qualifications
Education Requirements / Experience Requirements / Other Requirements
  • Bachelor or higher degree in Engineering/Science or related field.
  • 5 years in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality System or experience in customer support related job
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Computer literacy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Good in Presentation
