Job Description:
- Assisting Marketing in produce price quotation, provide document for project tender, Contract and support other marketing activity.
- Recording all the costumer complaint that delivered in person, telephone, fax or email and will be informed to Customer Relation Division for documenting.
- Review report form Login Department
- Archiving & update all marketing document
- At all times, adopt a safe behavior by exercising due regard for the health and safety of SGS employees and clients, in line with SGS policies and procedures
- At all times, comply with SGS Code of Integrity and Professional Conduct
Requirement :
- Bachelor Degree of Science or related
- Experience in Administrative Skill
- Excellent customer service skill
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- English is an advantage
