Role Description
This is a contract role for a Customer Relationship Management Manager. The Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service, and managing customer complaints. This is an on-site role located in Surabaya.
Qualifications
- Analytical Skills and Project Management skills
- Excellent Communication skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
- Sales skills and the ability to identify and capitalize on market segmentation
- Min 2 years of experience as CRM or Customer Service Manager
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
- Experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus
- Willing to be placed in Surabaya, East Java
