Customer Relationship Management Manager

Role Description

This is a contract role for a Customer Relationship Management Manager. The Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service, and managing customer complaints. This is an on-site role located in Surabaya.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills and Project Management skills
• Excellent Communication skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
• Sales skills and the ability to identify and capitalize on market segmentation
• Min 2 years of experience as CRM or Customer Service Manager 
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
• Experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus
• Willing to be placed in Surabaya, East Java
