Customer Research

  • Lead and conduct qualitative and quantitative research studies, including surveys, interviews, and focus groups
  • Develop and maintain customer personas, journey maps, and other research deliverables
  • Present research findings to stakeholders and provide actionable recommendations for business strategy
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer-centric decision-making across the organization
  • Mentor and guide junior researchers, providing feedback and maintain the quality of research process and outputs

Qualification

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in psychology, sociology, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Consumer Research, would be beneficial to have experience in both research agency and client side
  • Previous experience in financial services/ banking industry is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in statistical analysis software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for effectively sharing research findings
