Job description
- Process incoming orders efficiently
- Assisting customers' inquiries via Email and Live chat
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer relationships and promote additional products or services
- Follow up on scheduled orders and email requests
- Any related additional tasks that are assigned
- Creating orders processed status report weekly basis
- Review performance metrics from the previous month
- Analyze customer feedback
- Evaluate the efficiency of current order processing workflows
Requirement :
- Fresh graduates candidates or with at least 1 year of relevant experience in Customer Service, operation or a related field
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Knowing about the Domain, Hosting/Server, Website sales is an advantage.
- Punctual - consistent adherence to schedules, timeliness, and reliability
- Adherence to established processes, attention to detail, and commitment to maintaining consistency and quality in work
- Proactive contributor - Actively and consistently contributes ideas and suggestions without waiting to be prompted.
- Capability to work during weekends and public holidays as needed
- Fluent in English is a must
Working conditions :
Must be based in Jogja or willing to relocate to Jogja
