Job Description:
- To handle Customer accounts.
- To liase with customers and ensure all orders & requirements are met.
- To process customer sale orders and raise purchase requisitions materials needed for the orders.
- To raise production orders and follow up with production and warehouse department in ensuring that customers required delivery dates are met.
- To manage inventory and ensure healthy level maintained.
- To maintain good customer relationships/satisfaction/service level.
- To prepare reports to customers and management.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma degree.
- Experience 2-3 years in Manufacturing Company as Customer Service/PA/Sales Planner.
- Able to communicate in English (Chinese will be add value).
- Computer literate (preferably very good knowledge in Microsoft Excel).
