Customer Service Executive

Job Description:

• To handle Customer accounts.
• To liase with customers and ensure all orders & requirements are met.
• To process customer sale orders and raise purchase requisitions materials needed for the orders.
• To raise production orders and follow up with production and warehouse department in ensuring that customers required delivery dates are met.
• To manage inventory and ensure healthy level maintained.
• To maintain good customer relationships/satisfaction/service level.
• To prepare reports to customers and management.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma degree.
• Experience 2-3 years in Manufacturing Company as Customer Service/PA/Sales Planner.
• Able to communicate in English (Chinese will be add value).
• Computer literate (preferably very good knowledge in Microsoft Excel).
