Customer Service & Import Documentation Staff

Job Description:

• Control and monitor consignee needed
• Follow up the job with other related department
• Check and monitor weekly/monthly reports as required
• Pro actively advise superior or team on job results
• Responsible for ensuring any payments due are made in advance of any shipment as required
• Able to do custome clearance

Requirements:

• Age maximum 30 years old
• Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) graduation, majoring in Transportation Management
• Must be have Experience minimum 1 - 2 years
• Fluent in English both oral and written
• Computer literate are compulsory
• Able to work under pressure, organized and detail oriented
• Honest, reliable, mature with nice attitude & pro-active
