Responsibilities

• Educate customers about jewellery products at Spilla Jewelry (South Sumatera)
• Actively serve customers offline while providing upselling
• Inputting orders and daily reports
• Handling customer complaints
  

• Willing to be placement in Palembang Indah Mall
• Minimum bachelor's degree from all majors (Communication Science / Marketing Management / Hospitality majors are preferred)
• Have knowledge and interest in hospitality and sales
• Have good communication skills
• Have the ability to handle complaints
• Cheerful, friendly and polite
