• Handling customer inquiries and complaints through telephone, email, social media, and live chat• Providing accurate information about company's products and services• Processing customer transactions including orders, returns, and exchanges• Building good relationships with customers and improving customer satisfaction• Providing feedback and suggestions to management for service improvement• Collaborating with other teams to provide effective Customer Service• Performing administrative tasks related to customer handling
Requirements
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, or related field• Good communication skills in Indonesian, both oral and written• Basic proficiency in English is preferred• Customer service-oriented mindset• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle difficult situations with patience
