The Customer Service Group Leader’s main task is to control all of Customer Service operational process is accurate, always follow SOP with “Customer First” orientation.
- Ensure all of the complain from customer solved, and at least fullfill the customer expectation.
- Create and monitor staff daily working schedule.
- Propose and always updating the Customer Service Standart Operating Procedure in order to always exceed customer satisfaction
- A Customer Service Supervisor participates in the meetings with the Customer Service managers and presents daily work report to them
- Always keep the cleanliness in the entire are of the store.
