Job Scope:
- To handle customer enquiries.
- Demonstrate and guide customer on how to operate products.
- Identifying customers needs and helping customer.
- Respond to customers request for support in a timely and accredited manner via phone, email or chat.
- Follow up with customers.
- Gather customer feedback and share with our product Sale and Marketing teams.
- To handle customer of all age and international customers.
Requirements and Skills
- Prefer to have 2 years of working experience. Fresh graduate welcome to apply.
- Have experience in healthcare will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communicate skill with customer and colleagues.
- Confidence in providing excellent service to customers.
- Understanding of how CRM systems work.
- Patience when handling tough cases.
- Able to travel within Indonesia.
- A Team player.
- English speaking will be preferred.
