Atlas Beach Fest is founded by PT. Kreasi Bali Prima, we provide the experience of a unique atmosphere – beach club, culinary ground, lounges, and nightclub – professionally concepted. We are looking for a great person to fill this vacant position as Customer Service.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-year experience in the same position.
- Able to speak and write in English fluently
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and friendly telephone manner.
- Active listening skills to understand customers' needs and concerns effectively.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service and continuously improving performance
- Attention to detail is a must
Job Descriptions:
- Handle incoming calls from customers regarding event inquiries, ticket purchases, registration assistance, and general information
- Listen attentively to customers' concerns, questions, and feedback, and provide accurate and helpful responses.
- Adhere to call center metrics and performance standards, such as average handling time, call quality, and customer satisfaction ratings.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information and adhere to data protection regulations and privacy policies.
