Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for analyzing and handling complaint reports, payments, dismantling, and scheduling new customer installations
- Input and escalate customer complaints
- Responsible for managing the ticketing system in SAP
- Prepare daily and monthly reports to evaluate customer complaints
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the same field (Fresh graduate are welcome)
- Proficient in operating computers and MS Office
- Able to build good relationships with customers
- Good communication skills, energetic, and communicative
- Willing to work shifting
- Placement in Yogyakarta
- Can join ASAP
