Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor Degree any Major
- Minimum GPA 2,75
- Fresh Graduated are welcomed
- Able to speak in English
- Fluent in Japanese ( N3 or N2 more preferred)
- Willing to work in Shifting Schedule including weekend and Public Holiday
- Ready to join immediately
- Handle customers by Calls/Chat/Email (All LOB)
- Provide Customers about Product and Service Information
- Identify and Escalate Priority Issues
- Documenting All Call Information According to Standard Operating Procedures
- Complete All Call Logs
- Updating customers profile into computer
- Conduct customer surveys to ascertain level of customer service
