We’re looking for a team member in our fast-growing company as a Customer Experience Specialist. You’ll be responsible for handling any number of different types of projects, which may involve conducting research, brainstorming ideas, and creating strategies for clients.

- Embark on a journey to craft targets and metrics tied to the customer experience, intricately woven into our product development strategy.
- Unearth untapped opportunities for product evolution by delving into user needs, market dynamics, and the ever-evolving competitive landscape.
- Foster and uphold a visionary perspective on the holistic user experience, steering the course for our products and features through the lenses of human-centered design and usability best practices.
- Harmonize deliverables with overarching user experience strategies, orchestrating an optimal customer journey through every engagement and interaction within the app.
- Architect strategies for organizational enhancement, imbue touchpoints and channels with intentional design and propel improvements in Customer Experience (CX) service delivery.
- Advocate for customer needs internally, rallying pertinent resources to amplify our impact on customers to unprecedented levels.
- Cultivate cross-functional initiatives that transcend conventional boundaries, enhancing the overall customer experience and fostering greater satisfaction and loyalty among our esteemed clientele.
- Oversee the intricate process of harvesting customer feedback from myriad channels, meticulously scrutinizing reports to distill invaluable insights.
- Navigate the intricate process of crafting reports analyzing customer feedback, and transmuting key takeaways into actionable plans for corrective measures.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with a specialization in Design, IT/Technology, or Business.
- Accumulate 4-5+ years of pertinent experience in consulting/tech, with a bonus for prior involvement in a CX consultancy firm.
- Exhibit leadership prowess with a track record of nurturing and guiding CX/UX teams in both project work and professional development.
- Possess experience in CX Strategic thinking and mastery of experience design principles.
- Demonstrate proficiency in creative methodologies and intricate design workflows, encompassing everything from facilitating workshops to low-to-high prototyping and user testing.
- Cultivate a product-centric mindset, directing focus towards digital CX and aiding product and design teams in uncovering and delivering novel opportunities.
- Showcase robust communication skills across written, analytical, presentation, and verbal domains, fluently maneuvering in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
