Responsibilities:
- Collecting, organizing, and analyzing data from various sources to uncover trends, patterns, and correlations.
- Analyzing various metrics including conversion rates, target percentages, and other relevant indicators.
- Generate reports, visualizations, and dashboards to aid decision-making processes.
- Conducting comprehensive data gathering for both retail and digital sales channels.

- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, translate complex findings into clear and concise recommendations
Requirement & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications (Word, PowerPoint).
- Intermediate in Ms Excel - Data analyzing Formula (Lookup, Pivot, etc)
- Proficiency in developing Business Process (Visio, Diagram.net, etc)
- On His / Her final semester or waiting for graduation
- Prior experience with Business Intelligence tools, particularly Google Data Studio, is preferred.
- With proficiency in data manipulation tools and statistical techniques
- Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail and maintains high work standards.
- Exhibits a proactive and quick learning ability.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including active listening and adept problem-solving capabilities.
- Possesses a resilient and determined attitude to overcome challenges effectively.
