Job Description:
Data center technical support engineers are responsible for ensuring the stable operation of the Data Center and customer satisfaction. They need to have extensive IT knowledge, including hardware, networks, operating systems, virtualization, etc., be able to respond to and solve various technical problems related to Data Center operations in a timely manner, and provide efficient technical support services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, computer science, information technology or related professional background is preferred.
- Have solid basic computer knowledge, be familiar with Data Center hardware equipment such as servers, storage, and network equipment, and understand the computer room environment and facility management.
- Familiar with common operating systems (such as Linux, Windows, etc.), virtualization technologies (such as VMware, Hyper-V, etc.) and commonly used network protocols and services (such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
- Have good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, and be able to quickly locate and solve various technical problems.
- Good communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to communicate and collaborate effectively with customers and teams to solve problems and reach consensus.
- Have strong stress resistance and self-management skills, and be able to work efficiently under pressure.
- Applicants with relevant industry work experience are preferred, especially those with Data Center operation and maintenance, technical support or system administrator experience.
- Have good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, and be able to read and understand English technical documents and materials.
