Responsibilities

• Organize the process of data collection in Aceh and West Java
• Liaise with cooperative to ensure data collection
• Liaise with the M&E manager and externals to ensure Data Management is aligned to ofi’s and customer’s guidelines
• Be responsible for data collection from field staff data particularly updating training data
• Analyze and provide insights based on the data collected.
• Provide guidance and support to the field team on how to improve the data collection at farm level.
• Clean data In terms of cluster farmer list, TASQ upload
• Update FARMS 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in the Agriculture/Forestry or related fields, with experience on Data Management/statistics and good knowledge skills on Microsoft Excel.
• Minimum three years of working experience in a related field.
• Good communication skills (in-Person and written): communicate effectively, and concisely in person.
• Critical thinking, problem-solving, and integrative thinking to be able to drive the future of agriculture.
• Have knowledge and basic experience on GIS/mapping
• Have experience with the Data Management and in managing dashboard data
• Willing to be placed in Aceh and/or West Java
