Delivery Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Sales for the Delivery process so that it is on schedule
• Monitor the implementation of the Delivery team's duties and responsibilities in accordance with predetermined standards
• Responsible for report creation and document control
• Management in the process of transportation orders to designated expeditions
• Management of Delivery Costs according to regulations
• Control Delivery of goods to customers according to schedule and exact quantity
• Create a Forecast vs Delivery report
• Responsible for Delivery cost savings programs and improvements in Delivery aspects
• Carrying out the Improvement (Kaizen) process to support the Company business processes

Requirements:

• Education minimum D3 majoring in Engineering
• Have minimum experience. 4 years as a Leader or Supervisor in Delivery
• Have experience lead 3 shift operation of Delivery
• Have the ability to plan, coordinate, monitor receipts, storage, Delivery appropriately and efficiently.
• Have good communication skills and work in a team
• Work placement in Klari, East Karawang
