What you will do

This role is with Deloitte Digital Southeast Asia. Across all clients and sectors, we believe great customer experiences create greater impact. That elevating the human experience creates enduring value, for the organization, for the customer, for society, for all.

We are looking for a Digital Go-To-Market Lead to grow our digital business in Indonesia, bringing and evolving Deloitte Digital's proposition to clients to create great experiences and results.

You will:

  • Be a proven digital leader with track record of growing digital consulting businesses, closing deals, and delivering complex engagements.
  • Work across CX, marketing, ecommerce, systems implementation.
  • With clients at the core, grow the business in Indonesia through a combination of deep digital expertise across design, technology, and data.
  • Develop and lead on market expansion initiatives to unlock new client opportunities.
  • The role will define our business plans to tap into the growth potential in the region with alignment to the firm's strategy.
  • Lead from deal-to -delivery, across identifying and closing opportunities, and leading delivery and execution of client projects
  • Lead and grow the digital team.

  • Lead and act as an exemplary role model for leaders at all levels, whilst continuously promoting a sense of loyalty and energizes others to act.
  • Build and sustain a high performance culture by cultivating and amplifying individual and team strengths.
  • Develop and sustain long-term, trust-based relationships with stakeholders, clients and team.
  • Manage the sustainable development of a strong pipeline of talent for current and future success, by driving a talent experience that differentiates Deloitte.
  • Lead behavioral and cultural change through a supportive, collaborative and highly inclusive environment where team members feels supported, respected and engaged.

Enough about us, let's talk about you

If you are someone with:

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant technology, business, or marketing discipline.
  • Track record in selling across all core digital disciplines including CX, customer engineered software, mobile apps, marketing technology, ecommerce platforms
  • Track record in delivering different types of digital projects including strategy, technology implementation, and digital operations.
  • Ability to bring manage enterprise platform partners as a GTM channel.
  • Willing to push beyond the current capabilities and find the best solution for the business and our customers.
  • Drive, tenacity, client focused and results oriented.
  • Proven demonstration of sound business acumen, teamwork and leadership qualities.
  • An appreciation of the consulting lifestyle and ability to travel (both locally and abroad)
