Deputy Chief Of Island Management

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Chief of Island Management to oversee and direct the division goals
• To oversee the day to day landscaping, security, engineering operations and building maintenance activities of Island Management
• Identify and meet the needs of various landscaping, infrastructural facilities, utilities, buildings; gather and analyze data from annual and monthly reports
• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors, and make significant decisions
• To oversee the work of Building Management, Facility Management, Landscape Departments and other department under Island Management in the daily performance of their job
• Ensure properties and amenities are well-maintained and that their processes meet the company standard

Job Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor Degree from Civil Engineering
• Minimum 10 (ten) years experience in construction and property
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Excellent in using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Agile, detail oriented and good personality
• Having strong leadership skills
• Will be based in Denpasar, Bali
