Requirement:
- Minimum qualification bachelor’s degree in any discipline, have at least 5 years+ experience in health insurance or in similar role (Communication, Public Relations, or similar background)

Job Description:
- Monitoring and analyzing complaints from clients along with set up routine reporting and keep an eye on KPIs to assess the accomplishment of projects and events
- Responsible for developing and maintaining external and internal communications to build stronger relations
- Prepare and give socialization related to operational flow to clients
- Administration support related to legal document
- Planning, managing, and coordinating events related to clients relation
- Create and implement strategic initiatives toward existing clients
