Requirement:

• Minimum qualification bachelor’s degree in any discipline, have at least 5 years+ experience in health insurance or in similar role (Communication, Public Relations, or similar background) 
• Positive attitude, proactive, and eagerness to learn 
• Good verbal, written, and interpersonal skill
• Able to work well independently and within team 
• Able to work under pressure and good time management skill 
• Detailed oriented, able to multitask, and deliver results 
• Have analytical mindset to inform strategic decision-making

• Good presentation and negotiation skills

Job Description:

• Monitoring and analyzing complaints from clients along with set up routine reporting and keep an eye on KPIs to assess the accomplishment of projects and events 
• Responsible for developing and maintaining external and internal communications to build stronger relations 
• Prepare and give socialization related to operational flow to clients
• Administration support related to legal document 
• Planning, managing, and coordinating events related to clients relation
• Create and implement strategic initiatives toward existing clients
