Our Customer Development Modern Trade team is embarking on an exciting journey, we are looking for an Assistant ICC Category Management Manager our Modern Trade team.

What can you expect from the role?
As a market leader, Unilever has responsibility to grow total retailer category. Hence, Unilever invest in ICC (Indonesia Collaboration Center) to support go-to-market teams with tools & capabilities to serve the connected shoppers.
This role is expected to :
- lead and safeguard the quality of all Category Management initiatives with ICC capabilities, including replanogramming & store relayouting
- review Category Management initiatives result
- drive 6P perfect stores
- conduct research on channel & shoppers
- manage research support to various stakeholders (CSP, CMI, Brand) and responsible to provide relevant insights
- manage & develop ICC spacemen team capabilities
- support JBP agenda for key customers, with a focus on LMT customers.
This role will be reporting to MT Channel Development & ICC manager and dotted reporting to LMT Business Development Manager for LMT Category Management initiatives.

- Minimum 3 years of working experience in MT / LMT
- Has a passion and drive to grow retailer categories
- Demonstrate ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong in Data and insights analytics
- Strong in project management & data acumen
- Strong influencing. communication and interpersonal skills.
