Our client is a holding company which is looking for Deputy Manager of Property Management for their expanding property development business. With portfolio including housing, hospitality, schools, hospitals, etc.
Description
- Develop and implement comprehensive asset management strategies to maximize the value and performance of the portfolio
- Conduct regular property inspections and assessments to identify maintenance needs, upgrades, and improvements
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers and internal teams
- Manage smaller projects related to property development, renovations, and improvements
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with Property Management and project implementation
Profile
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Business, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Property Management, with focus on diverse assets such as housing, offices, schools, and hospitals
- Strong stakeholder management skills with demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships and negotiate with other parties.
- Previous experience in a leadership role with strong and proven leadership skills to develop others
- Strong knowledge in project and change management, associated methodologies, techniques, processes and approaches
- Ability to identify problems and be effective in problem resolution
