Deputy Manager - Property Management

As the Deputy Manager of Property Management, you will be responsible in overseeing extensive portfolio of assets, including housing, offices, schools, hospitals, and other real estate properties. Your responsibilities will extend to managing smaller projects, ensuring efficient operations, and fostering positive relationships with stakeholders.

Our client is a holding company which is looking for Deputy Manager of Property Management for their expanding property development business. With portfolio including housing, hospitality, schools, hospitals, etc.

Description

• Develop and implement comprehensive asset management strategies to maximize the value and performance of the portfolio
• Conduct regular property inspections and assessments to identify maintenance needs, upgrades, and improvements
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers and internal teams
• Manage smaller projects related to property development, renovations, and improvements
• Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with Property Management and project implementation

Profile

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Business, or related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Property Management, with focus on diverse assets such as housing, offices, schools, and hospitals
• Strong stakeholder management skills with demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships and negotiate with other parties.
• Previous experience in a leadership role with strong and proven leadership skills to develop others
• Strong knowledge in project and change management, associated methodologies, techniques, processes and approaches
• Ability to identify problems and be effective in problem resolution
