Design And Asset Management Specialist

Responsibility:

• Develop creative and innovative design layouts that align with the company's brand and objectives
• Creative visual concepts using graphic design tools and software
• Liaise with vendors to coordinate job requests, including delivery schedules
• Ensure that the vendor deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines
• Collaborate with the internal to develop design plans for upcoming projects
• Develop project timelines, milestones and budgets for design projects, handling agreement with external vendor
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Communicate design ideas and project plans effectively to superior
• Collaborate with external vendor and manage feedback and revisions from superior into design projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
• Interested in automotive industry
• Have ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Willing to learn and high initiative
• Fluent in English is a must
