DESIGN GRAFIS
JOBDESC:
- Create visually appealing designs for various digital and print materials, including advertisements, brochures, banners, social media graphics, and website elements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience.
- Develop concepts, layouts, and mockups based on creative briefs and brand guidelines.
- Use graphic design software and tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to produce high-quality designs.
- Select colors, fonts, and imagery to enhance visual impact and convey desired messages.
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine designs and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Prepare and deliver design files in appropriate formats for various applications and platforms.
- Stay updated with design trends, techniques, and best practices to continuously improve skills and deliver innovative designs.
- Maintain organized files and documentation for easy access and reference.
- Work collaboratively with other team members, including copywriters, marketers, and developers, to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all materials.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and priorities.
CRITERIA:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field preferred.
- Previous work experience as a graphic designer or in a related role.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Familiarity with typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Strong creative skills with the ability to generate innovative and visually appealing design concepts.
- Ability to think outside the box and push the boundaries of design.
