1. Carry out Quality Control forminterior design to ensure the design complies with decor standards.
2. Ensure that all potential issues are recorded and reported to the principle designer regarding design standards.
3. Monitoring and assessing designers regarding design performance.
4. Create and propose guidelines and SOPs related to design improvement and the use of new materials/products so that designers can carry out projects according to decorum design standards.
5. Coordinate with other departments regarding design problems and standards.
6. Conduct project visits if necessary to review design results
7. Monitoring, reviewing and proposing updates related to tools and scooping used for the needs and smooth running of the design and demand team (e.g. samples, measuring tools, studio, etc.)
