Desk Collections Trainer

Job Descriptions:

• Identify training needs by evaluating the performance and skills gap among the collection agents
• Formulating training module based on the real data and needs of the collection agents
• Conducting training sessions and coaching for new joiners and existing collection agents
• Providing training and coaching session for low performing agents to improve their performance
• Providing training and coaching session for the high performing agents to guide them for a higher achievements
• Assessing the effectiveness of training programs and making necessary modifications
• Collaborating with other departments to identify areas for improvements
• Keep updated with the latest collections practices and regulations
• Creating and maintaining training records and reports

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree from any major
• Have minimum 1 year of experience as a Desk Collections Trainer, preferably from Financial Technology company
• Have in-depth knowledge of collections practices and regulation
• Strong knowledge and practical skills of coaching and training
• Strong interpersonal and communication skill
• Good analysis skill to identify gap among the collections agents
• Good attitude and discipline
