Devops Engineer (Infrastructure)

Responsibilities

* Carrying out infrastructure and maintenance projects.
* Evaluate and improve IT infrastructure.
* Ensure IT infrastructure is secure and in accordance with standards and regulations.
* Develop and implement IT security policies and procedures.
* Respond to and handle security incidents.
* Ensure IT security policies and procedures meet needs in accordance with the authority held.
* Manage and monitor all IT operations and infrastructure.
* Develop and implement operational procedures.
* Assist in technical problem solving.
* Ensure tasks related to IT operations meet requirements.
* Manage servers and technology including operating systems and applications.
* Manage servers and operating systems, ensuring data security and availability.
* Install and configure software and hardware according to company requirements.
* Install network devices and configure appropriate network settings.
* Configure network settings, including protocols, monitoring, and security.
* Monitor network performance using network monitoring tools.
* Provide recommendations for network performance improvements.
* Analyze network performance monitoring data to identify trends and patterns.
* Manage and supervise the company's email system to ensure the continuity and availability of reliable email services.
* Check and configure company email settings to ensure smooth sending and receiving of emails.
* Analyze and troubleshoot email-related problems, such as delivery failures, access failures, and security issues.
* Evaluate the performance of corporate email systems, analyze email sending and receiving statistics, and identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency and reliability.

Requirements

* Acquire technical skills on Linux, Windows Operating Systems, and System Management
* Understand Docker Container Management, Kubernetes and Orchestration
* Familiar with Configuration and management of automation systems (such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef)
* Acquire an understanding of Cloud Computing (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, similar)
* Having problem solving skills from a technical and non-technical side
* Development of software or scripting for administration or infrastructure management
* Understanding of Server Infrastructure, Networks, Data, and Architecture
* AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes, Certified Google Cloud, and Similar
* Ability to work cross-stakeholder teamwork, functional and collaboration with developer/engineer teams
