Devops Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Design, propose, implement infra and CI/CD for the team
• Install, configure, test and maintain/monitoring systems, application software and system management tools
• Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
• Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes
• Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies
• Write and maintain custom scripts for automation and to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks
• Strong technical and analytical mindset with in-depth understanding of how web and mobile application stacks work

REQUIREMENT AND SKILLS/EXPERIENCE :

• A minimum of 4 years’ experience in DevOps web developer or related organization. Prior experience will include responsibility for integration testing administration and maintenance, change management tool administration and maintenance and establishing policy and procedures.
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
• Mandatory: Have knowledge on DevOps tools (GIT, GitLab CI/Jenkins, Ansible, Docker Container, Kubernetes).
• Solid experience in the administration and performance tuning of application stacks (e.g.,Tomcat, JBoss, Apache, Ruby, NGINX)
• Solid Cloud experience, preferably in GCP and AWS
• Automation CI/CD on the environment/systems (release, deployment, test pipeline)
• Experience with virtualization and containerization (e.g., VMware, Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with monitoring systems
