Dies Designer

Job Description:

• Able to read, analyze, and modify 3D & 2D Dies designs for progressive dies, tandems and transfers.
• Create a design concept/die layout and process plan.
• Able to estimate or create RFQ of all tool & jig designs accurately.
• Ensuring all dies design are met with customers/manufacturing standard.
• Able to initiate improvement proposals related to cycle-time, manpower efficiency, handling, etc.
• Provide a 2D & 3D detailed BOM of all dies/jig components.
• Able to control and make technical documents (QCPC, FMEA, et cetera)

Requirement:

• Position is located in Cicau, Cikarang Selatan (delta silicon cikarang)
• Minimum experience of at least 3-5 years in die stamping manufacturing as a tool, jig and Dies Designer
• Experienced in progressive dies stamping design (2wheel & 4wheel)
• Experienced in designing transfer-dies for stamping transfer machine
• Have the ability to use CAD/CAM
• Familiar with all production process from Design, Trial until Mass Production.
• Have good analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Have an organized workflow as well as documentation.
• Able to complete project dies on-time and efficiently.
