JOB AND TASK :
A. Digital Marketing/Social Media:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to SEO, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Facebook / IG, Google Ads, etc.
- Analyze and optimize digital marketing performance data-driven insights and KPI tracking.
- Manage company website (Wordpress)
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies.
B. Offline Marketing:
- Plan and execute offline marketing initiatives, such as print advertising, direct mail, trade shows, and sponsorships.
- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to produce marketing collateral and materials.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of offline marketing campaigns.
C. Strategy and Team Leadership:
- Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with company goals and objectives.
- Create and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively for maximum ROI.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure marketing efforts support product and brand.
