Description

The key responsibilities of this Digital Learning Specialist include:

• To develop new Digital Learning material.
• To build upon existing Digital Learning material to improve what is already being offered.
• To work alongside the L&D team to develop the employees of the organisation.
• Become the subject matter expert within the organisation.
• To cover the whole learning cycle for employees within the organisation.
• Be involved in wider projects and bring an inquisitive nature to the role.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, and show a real ownership for the work they carry out.

Profile

The successful applicant for the Digital Learning Specialist will be someone who:

• Has experience working in Digital Learning roles previously.
• Is extremely proactive and inquisitive by nature, always looking to find new ways of developing, and not afraid to challenge the status quo.
• Has experience using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Is an excellent team player.
• Is a strong and confident communicator with stakeholders of all levels.

Job Offer

On offer for the successful Digital Learning Specialist candidate is:

• £38,000-£40,000 per annum.
• Hybrid working (2-3 days in office per week).
