Responsibilities
- Create a marketing strategy to increase the number of high-quality users, as well as build their brand equity.
- Conduct competitors intelligence and market research to find opportunities for new products/ features/ programs
- Plan and monitor all marketing activities across Digital Marketing channels (social media, search engine, etc.)
- Identify the revenue growth engine and propose a monetization strategy.
- Give insights and recommendations about product improvement to related divisions in the organization.
- Be connected with any stakeholders or 3rd parties supporting the marketing program.
- Execute marketing program/strategy and create the communication for each activity.
- Min. bachelor's degree in Marketing or any related field
- Min. 3-5 years in the Digital Marketing field
- Have skills & knowledge about pharmaceuticals will be advantaged
- Have experiences in handling ads in social media, especially Tiktok
- Proficient understanding of SEO, SEM, Social Media, Performance Marketing, Programmatic, and customer optimization
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-driven, a keen learner with a positive attitude
- Had experience handling a team will be a plus
