Role Description
- Planning and executing marketing campaigns. strategies and promotions digitally and traditionally
- Handling KOL marketing strategy, finding suitable KOL, creating brief, negotiation and reviewing their performance
- Running paid advertisement in several platforms (TikTok ads, Facebook ads, Google ads ,etc)
- Collaborate with internal teams to create content, execute campaigns and handle various social media account
- Create and analyse advertising, marketing, and campaign reports
- Create and curate engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts
- Managing & optimizing marketing budget
- Monitor and analyse marketing and social media performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience as marketing specialist, preferably skincare or related beauty industries
- Strong knowledge and passion in cosmetics and make up
- Experienced on planning, executing and reporting paid advertisement, marketing strategies and marketing campaigns
- Experienced on collaborating with influencers and content creator
- Experienced on building organic audiences in social media
