Our Requirements;
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree's in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is often preferred
- Minimum have 5 years experience to the related position
- Excellent communication skills in english
- In-depth understanding of Digital Marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices. Such as search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, analyze campaign performance, and derive actionable insights
- Strong ability to think strategically and develop comprehensive Digital Marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals. This involves understanding the target audience, market trends, and competitive landscape
- Creative thinking to develop engaging and effective digital content
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, understanding their algorithms, and the ability to create and execute social media strategies.
- Proficiency in search engine optimization (SEO) techniques to improve website visibility in search engine results
- Experience with online advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc
- Strong ability to use data analytics to measure campaign performance, identify trends, and make informed adjustments to improve results.
- The ability to build and maintain professional networks within the Digital Marketing industry.
- Leadership qualities to guide and collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as collaborate with content creators, designers, developers, and other professionals.
