Digital Media Buyer (Kol)

Job Responsibility:

• Manage and Deliver Campaigns to Influencers
• Collect Influencers Database based on Categories
• Manage Talent Community
• Reporting on Campaign & Community Growth
• Ability to identify and facilitate the growth of potential talent
• Develop and improve relationships with in-house creators and ensure your Talent have exactly what they need
• Build ongoing development programs for Talent to develop growth

Qualifications:

• Age 22 – 26
• 1-2 year’s experience in Talent/Community Management
• Knowledge of current Influencer & Social Media Trends
• Bachelor degree from any major
• Creative thinking, Hard Working, Detail-oriented and Innovative
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Multi-tasking ability is a must
• Good Communication Skill
• Research and identify new and emerging influencer
• Fast Responding Communication
• Social Strategy
• Community Management
• Ability to effectively lead multiple projects and work productively with a variety of people
• Having industry network, relationships and connections (Brands, KOLs, Agencies)
