Job Description

Gain a deep understanding of user experience, identify and fill product gaps.
Manage the roadmap, prioritize product opportunities, refine feature ideas and maintain existing features to drive business goals.
Work together with IT team to manage roadmap and backlog for all Digital Products, ensuring that IT delivers capabilities on time and per expectation.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business Management / Computer Science / Information Systems or related field.
3-5 years of working experience in Digital Product management with exposure in a full cycle Digital Product development.
Experience in Hospital / Healthcare / Pharmaceutical Industry will be a plus.
Usability and customer-focused design experience.
Strong analytical, prioritization, and negotiating skills
Able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Willing to be placed in Corporate Office (Serpong, Tangerang Selatan)
