Looking for an Experienced, Highly Motivated:

                                 
DIRECTOR OF FINANCE (DOF)
 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, MBA or Similar
   
• Minimum 8-10 years Relevant Experience in a Similar Role, with at least 5 years of Experience in a Leadership Role
   
• A certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Designation is a Plus
   
• Possesses a High Level of Leadership, Professionalism, and Integrity with Outstanding Performance and Growth
   
• Good Understanding of Accounting and Tax Management, Regulations, and Strategic Financial Analysis in General
   
• Preferably Experience in Handling Luxury Brands of Boutique Hotels and Resorts
   
• Strong Business Acumen, with the Ability to Understand the Industry, Market Trends, and the Competitive Landscape
   
• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills, with the Ability to Effectively Communicate with Internal and External Stakeholders
   
• Strong Understanding of Technology, including Financial Management Software, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems, and other Relevant Technologies used in the High-End Hospitality Industry
