AlamatAYANA Hospitality, a leading hospitality company, is seeking a Director of Marketing Communications for their property, AYANA Midplaza Jakarta. The Director of Marketing Communications will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing and communication strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives. This individual will work closely with the property's leadership team to identify opportunities to increase brand awareness, drive revenue, and enhance guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality marketing, excellent leadership skills, and be able to think strategically while executing tactically.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute marketing and communication plans that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of Marketing and communication professionals.
- Collaborate with property leadership to identify marketing opportunities that drive revenue and enhance guest experiences.
- Oversee the creation of Marketing collateral, including brochures, websites, and social media.
- Manage the property's public relations strategy and participate in media interviews and opportunities.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of Marketing campaigns, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in hospitality marketing, with a focus on communications.
- Proven leadership skills and experience managing a team.
- Experience developing and executing successful marketing and communication campaigns.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Proven success in managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
