Job Description

1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
2. Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales professionals to meet and exceed sales goals.
3. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry contacts.
4. Collaborate with marketing, operations, and other departments to ensure alignment and achieve overall business objectives.
5. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
6. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications

1. Proven experience in sales and team management within the hospitality industry.
2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and develop a high-performing sales team.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
4. Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
5. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and other disciplines within the hotel.
6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
