Dispatcher Nusa Tenggara Barat

Job Descriptions :

• Dispatch and record significant information on every shipment occur
• Address problems and requests by transmitting information or providing solutions in all shipment
• Receive and dispatch orders for shipment products; related to cutoff time
• Communicate the route and maintain status shipment with 3PL partners
• Communicate with other team (warehouse, sales, procurement, etc) related to shipment
• Provide information about orders, traffic, obstacles and requirements in shipment
• Routing shipment to make sure meet SLA delivery expectation   

Job Requirements :

• Not prohibited to travel around Indonesia
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with others (internal & external team) under any type of condition
• Excellent clerical and organizational trucking skills to keep track of schedules, routes and personnel
• Knowledge of computers for scheduling and other dispatching duties
• Ability to multitask with different, and sometimes conflicting, events happening at the same time
