About the Role

The candidate will be mainly responsible:
1. Perform validation, manual calculation, reconciliation of Agency / Corporate Solution’s compensation to sales force / partners.
2. Perform Agency contest’s calculation and monitor budget vs actual cost of contest using formulated template.
3. Reconcile ledger related Agency / Corporate Solution compensation and preparing manual journal entry for manual calculation.
4. Prepare reports related Agency / Corporate Solution compensation (e.g. Agent debt report, etc.)

• Validating databases from systems and maintaining data quality.
• Preparing formulated template for manual calculation of Agency / Corporate Solution compensation.
• Performing Agency contest’s calculation and monitor budget vs actual cost of contest using formulated template.
• Reconciling ledger related Agency / Corporate Solution compensation
• Preparing manual journal entry for manual calculation/adjustment.
• Preparing reports related Agency / Corporate Solution compensation (e.g. Agent debt report, etc.)
• Perform validation of Tax calculation from Compensation Benefit paid to agent and brokers/partners.
• Preparing payment order for Agency / Corporate Solution Compensation Benefit.
• Preparing requirement for system development and performing UAT for new product or new / changes of compensation scheme.
