Distribution Development Supervisor

Job Responsible: 

• Responsible for achieving subdist/star outlet sales in the regional area
• Responsible and monitoring development fund subdist/star outlet usage
• Monitor the effectiveness of national promotional programs and ensure implementation in branches, as well as providing input or corrections
• Carrying out program evaluation and development programs related to the distribution of increased sales and demand in certain areas
• Evaluate sales and active subdist/star outlets
• Submit and propose development of branch area cultivation

Job Requirements: 

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any disciplines
• Have at least 2 years experience in Sales Management
• Have strong data & insight analysis
• Have strong analytical thinking, performance evaluation, presentation skill and performance planning
• Spirited leadership
• Willing to work in North Jakarta
