Qualifications
- Candidate must have processed at least a bachelor's degree, preferably a master's degree or above, from a reputable university.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the skincare or cosmetics industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Familiarity with Korean skincare trends and products is a plus.
- Ability to travel within the assigned district as needed.
